Anyone who knows about The Golden Isles of Georgia is knows that it is a special place. Everyone thinks that about certain areas, but there truly is something about the feeling of driving over the Sidney Lainer bridge. As your location changes, so does your mindset. The sun shining through the mossy covered oak trees that you just know have seen so many stories before your own transforms the island into an enchanted landscape.
To start the day, Emily Ann and the girls got ready at their family house right off the access to East Beach.
Will and the guys started the day at the famous Ityldoo by the pier at The Village.
Wesley Church at Frederica was not only a gorgeous backdrop for the ceremony, but was immensely special to Emily Ann’s family. The room where the bride got ready was adorned by a stained glass window that was gifted in honor of her grandmother by her grandfather. What a powerful backdrop it was to predicate the union of their marriage.
It’s hard to find a place to start in describing the reception space for this incredible celebration. At their family home nestled on the marsh, tables and oyster cocktail bars lined the pool, transforming it into the focal point for this party that lasted all night long.
